What are the different subscription plans available?
We offer three subscription plans: Starter, Momentum and Mastery plans with monthly, quarterly and half yearly duration. The Starter plan with its basic number of coaching sessions is ideal for short-term support. The Momentum plan is suitable for those looking to build specific skills around preparation or to overcome persisting issues. The Mastery plan, our flagship offering, is a comprehensive ‘toolset’ program for cracking competitive exams and is personalized for each student.
How many sessions are included in each plan?
The Starter plan includes 2 sessions, the Momentum plan offers 6 sessions, and the Half-Yearly plan includes 12 sessions. These are designed to meet different levels of support needs.
Can I switch between plans if my needs change?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan based on your changing needs. If you wish to switch plans, please contact our support team for assistance.
Is there a trial period available for any of the plans?
We currently do not offer a trial period. However, you can start with the Monthly plan to experience our services before committing to a longer subscription.
Are there any discounts available for long-term subscriptions?
Yes, our Quarterly and Half-Yearly plans come with a discounted rate compared to the Monthly plan. These discounts are automatically applied when you choose a longer subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription?

Can I choose my counselor under each plan?
Yes, you have the option to choose your counselor based on their expertise and your preference, subject to availability, across all plans.
How does billing work for the different plans?
For the Monthly plan, you are billed monthly. For the Quarterly and Half-Yearly plans, the billing is upfront for the entire period. All billing details are clearly explained during the subscription process.

What will be the delivery mode of the program?

Can I carry forward the available sessions to next month?
For the Monthly and Quarterly plans, unused sessions cannot be carried forward to the next subscription period. However, the Half-Yearly plan offers more flexibility, allowing you to manage and distribute your sessions according to your personal schedule within the six-month duration.
