1. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds in the following circumstances:

a. Cancellation within the Cooling-off Period: If you cancel your scheduled booking for a One-one session within 1 hour of making the payment, you are eligible for a full refund.

b. Cancellation for a package/subscription: We run combo packages on our website and each of them have specific refund or money back policy. If you ask for a refund as per the package policy, you may be eligible for a refund. No questions asked. 

c. Technical issue: If the video/audio/text/chat link sent to you for joining your scheduled session with a counselor is not working or has a technical snag, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time, you may be eligible for a refund.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

a. Contact our customer support team at care@devotus.care and provide your order details and the reason for the refund request.

b. Our team will review your request and may require additional information to process your refund.

3. Refund Processing

a. If your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund within 5 business days.

b. We will attempt to refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

4. Refund Exceptions

a. No-Show: If you fail to attend a scheduled appointment or session without prior cancellation, you will not be eligible for a refund.

b. Partial Usage: If you have used a significant portion of the service or subscription, we reserve the right to offer a partial refund or deny the refund request.
